Fresh Flowers
We always strive to provide the best experience and deliver stunning bouquets every time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your bouquet, please have a read below and then get in touch so we can rectify any concerns.
The bouquet was not as described
While we do our best to replicate the reference photos on our website, on occasion we may have to substitute flowers of a slightly different colour or style due to seaonality and market availabilty. In these cases we still endeavor to match the overall theme of the bouquet. Please note that flowers are a natural product and can vary in size, colour and appearance. If you truly feel we have got it wrong, follow the steps below so we can make things right.
My bouquet arrived damaged
All our couriers are experienced in floral delivery and our bouquets are carefully wrapped to ensure your flowers are protected and healthy during the delivery process. If for some reason your bouquet arrives damaged please take a photo and get in contact with us immediately so we can investigate further.
How do I care for my flowers?
All of our bouquets are made fresh to order on the day of delivery. We always source the freshest possible flowers and check the condition of each of our bouquets before sending them off. For deliveries we pack all fresh flower bouquets with a damp water pack, so that your flowers can stay hydrated throughout their trip. If your flowers are not placed into water within a few hours they may begin to dehydrate. Usually, by following our Flower Care Guide your flowers will naturally rehydrate and rejuvenate overnight. Whilst we wish our bouquets would live forever, unfortunately flowers have a limited lifespan. Please refer to our Flower Care Guide to ensure the longest possible life, as we are unable to place further guarantees once we have ensured your flowers have been received in good condition. If your flowers do not recover please take a photo and contact us so that we can pass feedback on to our suppliers. For bouquets that do last forever, shop our Forever Flowers collection.

Giftcards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, so we recommend you select your items carefully.
Refunds
If you have been offered a refund you will be notified once it has been processed. Funds will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
