What is your Express Courier service?

Our Express Courier service is for all gifting orders within Melbourne, Australia. 

We offer complimentary delivery within 5km of our studio. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the input address. You will receive a notification once your order has been delivered.

Please ensure you select a delivery date in the Cart section.

NOTE: We do not offer same day delivery and need a minimum of 3 days notice.

What is your Standard Delivery service?

The Standard Delivery service is for all non-gifting orders within Australia. Standard delivery services will be dispatched within 2-4 business days from the day your order is placed.

Standard Delivery will include shipping updates and tracking info, so we can keep you in the loop.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

All products for Standard Delivery are made to order and will be shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for wholesale / bulk orders. You will be provided with a tracking number.

Orders in Rural Melbourne areas and all other states within Australia will be delivered through Australia Post with tracking details. The estimated timeframe for standard delivery is 2-8 business days however, every now and again there may be factors outside of our control resulting in shipping delays. We thank you for your patience in advance.
