Pick Up & Delivery

Please ensure you select your preferred date at Checkout. Pickups are from our florist cafe, located in Carnegie, VIC, 3163.

All deliveries are completed between 10AM & 5PM Monday - Saturday. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times, but if you have a request please leave it in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate.

Care Instructions

You have just received your beautiful blooms and we want you to be able to enjoy them for as long as possible. We wrap all our fresh bouquets with a damp water pack to keep your blooms hydrated while they are out for delivery, but they need to be transferred into fresh water as soon as possible.

Please follow the steps below to ensure they stay happy and healthy.

  1. Unwrap your bouquet and remove the attached water pack.
  2. Trim all the stems on a 45 degree angle and place the bouquet a vase big enough for the bouquet ensuring the stems are not cramped.
  3. Fill the vase with clean fresh water and place it in an area away from direct sunlight & air conditioning.
  4. Replace the water daily, and trim the stems on a 45 degree angle every few days.
  5. Enjoy your beautiful blooms!

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the longevity of our flowers beyond delivery due to the fact that the variables that effect their lifespan are largely out of our control.

Following our care instructions and getting your flowers in water as soon as possible after delivery is the best way to extend the life of your blooms.

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your flowers upon delivery please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt and we will endeavour to assist you.
